“Leadership is…” at crisis point

This week at the Scottish Learning Festival, SCEL highlighted the key role of school leadership by asking visitors what leadership meant to them.
Unfortunately, however, there is a “crisis in headteacher recruitment”, and “urgent action” is required to tackle it.
